We are still able to accept late registrations, however, every week that you wait is probably going to mean an extra match missed at the start of the season. The point being ... act now !

Players applying for Under 6, Under 7 or Under 8 and who have never previously played organised weekend football in Australia should use this registration pack. You will also need to complete a carbon copy form on 23rd February when you submit these documents to us.

Attn players returning to Brookvale Football Club or players who played organised weekend football in Australia in 2008 or 2009 If you prefer to email your documents to us, please ensure that all forms in the registration pack are fully completed, then scan and email all the forms as well as any other items required (per the above instructions - eg photo and/or birth certificate) to webregoforms@brookvalefc.com ... the subject of your email should be “your name - your age group - your division” ... for example
